Hello all, im not sure if someone can advise me after get Permesso di Soggiorno..

I just get document Permesso di Soggiorno during 6 months before renew 5 years..I can come back to my country and when arrive to renew the document, I can enter to italy? how?

Any advise, please...Many thanks...sorry for any disturb..
