Vorrei trovare qualcuno/a con il quale parlare italiano. Chiunque sia interessato? Sono Americana e ho bisogno di pratica. Grazie mille! Come ho detto sei molto afortunato. Ho fatto lo stesso io. Suggestions for learning Italian in Italy. 1. Join an Italian gym. Even if you don't workout molto you'll meet a lot of Italian speaking people. This is where I actually met the most Italian speakers and made many Italian friends. All Italian speakers. 2. Go to church in Italian. Doesn't matter if you're not reglious or not. I learned a lot of Italian this way. 3. Do you're laundry where other Italians do theirs. Spoke Italian to the lady who took care of the laundry mat in Perugia everytime I went there this past summer. We would sit there speaking Italian while waiting for the clothes to wash and dry. Also met other people there with my same interests. 4. When you go to an Italian ristoranti order your food in Italian. I always had nice conversations with the help. 5. When you go shopping for food and or any items in any stores you can speak a lot Italian with the help and Italian people you meet in the market or stores. One of the best conversations I had was in a flower shop with a lady employee. 6. Take a long a hand held recorder and have people speak Italian into it. Got a lot of good conversation and talk on my recorder last summer. Recorded my Italian classes too. Also recorded the tour guides when I took tours. Put it all onto cds. 7. Don't hang around with English speakers. If someone speaks both English and Italian make it a point to speak Italian to them. 8. Just start talking to people in the street when ever possible. You'll be surprised how friendly people can be. 9. Go to the movies in Italian. 10. Watch TV in Itaian. I watched TV in Italian every second I was in my apartment this past summer in Perugia. 11. Listen to music in Italian. Exchange CDs with Italian people. Several people made CDs for me this past summer in Perugia. 12. If it's you thing go out to Italian night clubs but where Italians go. 13. Play a pick up game of soccer. There everywhere. Or just kick a soccer ball around at the park. Speak and listen to Italian while you're at it. 14. It you're into martial arts join a dojo where Italians go. I did. 15. Last and of course not least get an Italian girlfriend. This is by far the most importante ed effectivo. Above all don't go to Italy and waste your time speaking English. millionkisses 04-10-2008, 12:19 AM ciao piacere di conoscerti se hai piacere possiamo conversare I work in Florence like a teacher in a secondary school in subject of technology and mechanical design and in free time I like to organize classical concert, art picture/ sculpture and fashion exibitions in the villas and castles around hill of my town Florence. sometimes, i hope there were 10 days for a week...5 working days, and 5 days for weekend.... haha.
