Hi
I am wondering if anyone knows of any source to find some photographs of a beautiful Italian model, Meredith Tresi. She was not well known, but not unknown either. I recall her from the late 1980s through early 1990s.
Does anybody have any information?

I read an article about a former model named Meredith Tresi in a fashion magazine a few months ago. It was pretty interesting and you'd think I would remember more but, I think she's coming out with a book on fashion for teens, like, this year, I think. Her mother was Welsh and her father was Italian. The pictures of her were really beautiful. She dropped out of the modeling business due to a family illness right before she was about to be really big. I can't remember much else. I may still have the mag, and if I do I'll see if there's something helpful in it.
Or if I can recall anything else, I'll blog it to ya.

hey hautemode! it took a lot of searching but i found a bunch of pics of Meredith on some nonpublic model websites. she has been a fairly private person and stayed married for some 18 years, has two girls who are now getting into fashion and she wrote a book for them which will be out in 2009. her daughters are the ones who apparently wanted her to get back out in the spotlight, so she is doing some work with the press in the next couple of years and we may be hearing (or seeing) more from her as a result. i ended up writing a paper on her for school becuse she is so obscure and life events took her on a different route. Who knows how big of a supermodel she could have been otherwise.
anyway, thanks for taking a moment to write something and try to help... and I did see your post awhile back, i was just so busy with school that i didn't even have a second to post a reply.
