Hi! I am leaving for Italy tomorrow, flying into Rome and staying a week in Chianti region. I was wondering if anyone had any tips on what clothes to bring. I don't want to look like a tourist. I would love any advice!
Thanks!

dress in layers, the winter is almost gone so you might have to endure occasionally cold moments followed by insane heat

Jeans, nice sweaters, a nice pair of slacks and top for evenings out, good coat, buy a cheap umbrella there if you need it.
Think nice, casual and bring extra something to wear indoors on your feet when you are in your room - Many places have no carpet and terracotta on the floor - the floors are frigid to walk on in bare feet.
You are going to my favorite place in all of Italy - Have a blast!

Usually in Rome the weather is cool... The night is umid and might be chilly...
It depends where you will live. Some placecs are close to big huge parks so is a bit more umid than in the rest of the town.
How long you gonna stay there?
Bring...
1 coat (it's raining sometimes)
1 - jeans
1- pants (maybe you have a party where jeans are to street)
T-shirts (indoor it's hot everywhere)
jumpers (wool-cotton)
shoes
you can also find place where you can do cheap shopping so don't bring to much stuff. By it there. I'll advice you once you answere back.
ciao

-Soon2BeinItalyI was in Italy at the begin of june. Was enough cold, +25...sometimes rain so i was always holding with me light jacket. I took from my country bright clothes we wear every day. Also high heels. Was again surprised - in Italy you cant find women on heels. Everybody are in jeans, wide trousers and comfortable shirts. And what i like there - nobody pay attention on other people :) as for me - take what you usually wear. If will visit restaurants - take dark classic clothes. Have fun and enjoy your time ! Buon viaggio! ;)

It's so warm in italy, sun everyday and in rome and florence is around 35° C so i suggest you to bring a light suitcase,no need of sweaters or jumpers, nice colorful shirts, few pair of trousers (not jeans),some comfortable open shoes and you will be ok,don't worry and enjoy the trip! :)
