Moltissimi anni fa I lived in Vicenza, Italia for two years.

Use to go to this Italian gym in Vicenza to lift weights. Well I

would pay the gym owner once a month with an American Playboy

Magazine because they were not allowed in Italy or at least in

Veneto it would seem. Now I see those nude pictures on this forum.(not complaining mind you!)

The Catholic bishop of Vicenza didn't allow any dancing either.

So what's the status now on Playbody nude type magazines in

Italia ora?

In the 50s women were not allowed to show legs on TV - short skirts were absolutely forbidden.

But during the 70s things changed drastically and in the 80s
shows like colpo grosso ( like TV strip poker with breast shown ) where popular.

Then in the 90s if you went to buy a magazine it seemed that there was a law that forbid the sale of magazines which did not have a topless woman on the front cover.

Now things seem to be changing again and it seems that you can find more publications that do not have a topless woman on the front cover.

Here is a short from Colpo Grosso ( It was on prime tive Tv in Italy but in the US please watch out : breast is shown ! )

Years and years ago when I lived in Italy the first time they would not allow Playboy magazine. Si, things have sure changed!!!

If you want to see how much things have changed, take a spin through the satellite channels - they make Playboy seem like a "Janet and John" kiddies book (so' I'm told - obviously I've never seen for myself) ;)
