Where are all these diseases coming from?

Where are all these diseases coming from?

According to the video, some at least from Aspartame.

I rarely take much notice of "scares" (I smoke and enjoy a drink, so how health conscious can I be?), but I did watch the first part of the video, then checked our cupboard - the sweetners are Aspartame. I checked further on the web, and found that the ones I used in England are saccharin, which, though not recommended, are thought to be less of a problem than Aspartame.

Having had a few "dizzy spells" over here (no I'm not blonde - I put it down to red-tape induced stress!), I've now ditched the Aspartame sweeteners, and found some in the local supermarket with saccharin. Oddly enough, the sweetners made from, or containing, Aspartame, proudly announced they didn't contain saccharin

How this will explain
I tell myself, when in doubt ditch them all, though I have nothing of the sort to ditch.
The safest way to eat is to eat simple things closest to its origins, not premade masked or complicated foods.

Thanks Jacqueline - that was the website that sent me off to the local Conad to change the sweetners!

Agreed. To bad it's so difficult to find that kind of food. Everything is masked with pesticides, preservatives, artificial flavorings, etc etc. And to eat organic, most people would have to take a mortgage out on their homes. And to be honest, i don't know if i believe half of these companies that claim to be organic.

The only way these days I believe you can be assured to eat organically is to test your own soil and seeds for Non-GMO Monsanto types and grow grow grow!
Even some organic co. who claim organic are turning into the "Margarine is better for your heart" jokes. Really they are falling for the money and being paid off and sloppy in their ORGANIC pledges, they are turning into hypocrites. Be careful and do your research,
Happy Growing
