I am a new member and i wanted to find out about Porcini. i had tham in Italy once and i fell in love with them. since i like to cook i want to incorporate them into my own dishes. the problem is that my father told me that the ones in Italy are much better than the ones here in california, and thus will not let me buy the local ones. so i was wondering if anyone in this community knows of a place on the web where it is possible to order *FRESH* Porcini Mushrooms, regardless of the price.
Of course if anyone has any other advice on the matter i am completely welcome to new knowledge.
