Ciao tutti,
Was wondering if anyone knows how much I can expect to pay to rent a house outside of Bologna. I don't need to live in the city just along one of the train lines up to 15 miles or so. I see that there are many towns along the numerous train lines that fan out from the city. It has to be a house not an appartment but it can be small. I'm looking at renting fairly long term, at least a few months for up to a year starting around June 1, 2008. Not looking to book now, I just wanted to get an idea of how much I would have to pay. Will it be expected of me to sign a lease and are there a lot of month to month rentals. thanks.
