Here is the view I have from the front and back of my house in Sardinia. What about you? What can you see from your homes?

What about you? What can you see from your homes? I wish I could post my neighborhood pics, but they are bigger than the required image size and am unsure about how to resize them on my mac:confused: James.Derek 11-30-2007, 03:21 AM I've seen this sunset about 2-4 times a month. The view out the front isn't much unless I climb onto the roof. Maybe next post. sardoman 12-02-2007, 01:06 AM WOW! Fabulous colours! Be careful up there! daydreambeliever 12-03-2007, 03:25 AM Unfortunately, my views are not that good, Sardoman, because I live almost in the inner-city. There is a little bit of greenery around, but it doesn't come out well in the photos. I'll try to take the alamanders at Mum's place! daydreambeliever 12-03-2007, 03:26 AM I am going away for a short holiday at the coast. I hope to take some photos there. I'm having a bit of trouble putting them up too, Bubbles. Lisa Martha 12-04-2007, 07:13 AM Hi Sardoman and Paolo, Sardoman, thanks for posting this question. What great photos you two shared. Paolo, how do we attach photos on this forum? Thanks, Martha sardoman 12-04-2007, 10:51 AM Hi Sardoman and Paolo, Sardoman, thanks for posting this question. What great photos you two shared. Paolo, how do we attach photos on this forum? Thanks, Martha Hi Martha, When you are in the text editor scroll down and in the Additional Options there is a section to Attach Files, just click on Manage Attachments and a new window opens which lets you upload images from your computer. It also specifies file sizes so you know if your images conform to the forum's requirements. I hope this helps and I look forward to seeing your pictures :) sardoman 12-04-2007, 10:55 AM I am going away for a short holiday at the coast. I hope to take some photos there. I'm having a bit of trouble putting them up too, Bubbles. Lisa I hope what I just wrote for Martha helps you too. Inner city Queensland sounds pretty exotic to me... but I'll let you judge. Have a good holiday :) bubbles 12-05-2007, 03:40 AM Okay, finally I get to post the pics that show the views from my balcony(thanks to Paolo who was nice enough to resize them for me) sardoman 12-05-2007, 09:29 AM thanks bubbles for sharing your photos... I spent 4 days in Singapore in 2001 and fell in love with it. The mix of cultures, traditions, architecture, food, colours and smells stimulated my senses. Your photos have brought it all back to me. :) bubbles 12-05-2007, 02:22 PM thanks bubbles for sharing your photos... I spent 4 days in Singapore in 2001 and fell in love with it. The mix of cultures, traditions, architecture, food, colours and smells stimulated my senses. Your photos have brought it all back to me. :) You are welcome, Sardoman! I stay near the port, so I like the views from my balcony.... Well, 4 days are quite enough to see Singapore:). It is a city which is also a country where the furthest distance between two points is half an hour by car...22*42 km is not such a big area! dmac 12-16-2007, 10:12 PM I love to see your pictures from where ya'll live. :) Here is a picture that I took of the moon rising over a cow pasture that is down the street from where we live... We were waiting for the space shuttle to fly over and the sky was an eerie pink. |
