I am a professor in ceramics at a college in Texas and I am very excited to be in touch with new friends who love Italy.
I am planning to take 15-20 college students Italy for a hands on workshop in Maiolica, at the Deruta School of Ceramics, May 11-23, 2007[/B]. The contact number for that trip if anyone is interested is 817-515-6693 USA. It is listed as Ceramics in Italy at the EFTours.com website.

Ciao Karmien,

Welcome to the Forum.

How fun to be taking students to Italy... and a lot of work.
If you need help, let me know. Yep, I'm serious. I'm an instructor at the local university, I love Italy, I've studied Italian history and a bit of art history... don't know much about ceramics, but I could learn! :D

Anyway, enjoy!!

Teresa
