Groucho Marx:
" I find television very educational. Whenever someone turns on the set, I go to the other room and read a book."

You are very right, that is why I try to avoid TV as much as possible, with the exception of some shows. But what about the internet? Isn't the net just as bad? No regulations as to what goes on, anyone can write anything...and whats worse is that there are still some people who believe that "the internet" as a whole is a reliable source...
..."wikiality" is a word in the english dictionary. Its just frustrating to think there are more sites that are not informative, correct, and reliable sources of info as compared to all the garbage out there. To sum it all up, "the internet makes you stupid".
But this is my opinion.

Maybe it depends on what you are looking for and where. If you meet with a repetiable company whose site is official that may make the difference, if you believe any site anytime, you may be continuing your habits of believing what every person says about anything--it may have to do with the wave of a persons thought patterns and habits. If a person is used to looking into things and checking up if something is true, he may continue to do so on the net too. The others.. well, they continue what they do. And yes, many sites are copies from others and plain junk...its the people who believe "anything" and are lazy who develop these!
Watch and enjoy what you like, to a point---then run like hell when the commericials arrive..there's where they start your brainwash training..
