Hello everyone. Chris and I are finally here in Rome!! It is very lovely here even though is has been rainning for two of the three days we have been here. The food and wine is amazing. The people are very kind and easy to communicate even though we speak very little Italian, but we are learning as we go. The bed in our appartment is the most uncomfortable thing I have ever slept on though. I feel 10 years older when I wake up in the morning. So even though it is raining today we are buying some extra padding so we dont end up sleeping on the couch for the remainder of our stay. Thank you for the advise that was given to us prior to leaving, it has helped a lot. Chris and Amy
