Beach volleyball/volleyball (Keeping an eye on Italy's women's volleyball team)
Surfing (yes, it *is* a sport, lol)
Gymnastics

I watched the FIFA beach soccer world cup recently... great fun

...and will now keep an eye out, sounds like a fun league. Probably won't have a lot of coverage in America as soccer tends to be not as popular here as abroad.

Meanwhile, Italy's women's volleyball league beat Team USA in Japan recently, winning in straight sets. They not only took home the world cup title but grabbed a spot in Bejing next year.
