I have received an email from the Milano di Italiano stating that I have won 1,850,000.00 usa dollars in their first lotto sweepstake programme. My email address had been selected at random. I have been asked to give my name, address, telephone and country so that it can be activated. Does anyone know anything about this lottery as I have been requested to send 300 euros within the next 12 days and then my cheque will be sent by an official Italian courier.
If someone can give me some information I would be so grateful as being disabled and on a limited income cannot afford to lose 300 euros.
I hope someone can help me.

I get lots of messages like this too, I mark them spam and let them go. Unless you have a valid ticket from a lottery, you cannot win it. No lottery company selects emails at random. Please always ignore any such messages from any sort of supposed lottery program.
